Perhaps in very cold temps, people have difficulty handling poo bags with gloves, like I do, and don't want to take their gloves off in the bitter cold. If I can't tie a knot in the bag with my gloves, I take them off to do so - and in the low windchills we had, that was quite an experience. But I pick up no matter what. So maybe a little of both?[/quote]
