And these parties seem to mostly be hosted by private school kids, and they invite kids from a variety of schools that they know from travel sports.

My daughter and her 4 close friends are not “in” with this cross-school group. I’m quite pleased with that. I was encouraging her to try to be friendlier with a girl in our neighborhood, but I’ve learned that she talks about drinking so I’m certainly not encouraging that friendship anymore.[/quote]
