There are a number of items here that most Americans would agree with. But apart from better control of the southern border, Trump and the GOP is not addressing any of these items or even trying to. And surely progress on any would require compromise, no? So why the constant vilification of the Democratic Party?[/quote]

Because Democrats used to be the party of the US worker but they have abandoned them.
