I didn’t say boom, I said uptick.

Believe what you’d like, but I’ve been working admissions events at our school for years. This year— I’ve never seen so many people at every event. I asked admissions and they said applications are up 30%.

I believe you saw more people at your school events than before. But literally there have been no birth rate increases in NYC from Covid, not even an uptick. It was 120-125K births in 2018 and 2019 in NYC. It took a nose dive to 85K births in 2020 and 2021 [/quote]
