I’m a primary care doctor making 200k and I’m very happy with my salary and lifestyle as are many of my peers. I think the main complaint you hear is that primary care doctors make less than specialists, which is why we have a shortage. Luckily for me, the shortage of pcps has made it more of a lifestyle speciality (at attract people into the field) so I have a nice work life balance. [/quote]
