Discipl0ine agents who steal passports (happened yesterday to an Indian-American man in Minnesota, he was going to Walmart, agent stopped him, he showed his passport to provide his lawful presence, agent told him he didn't need it and kept it), threaten people ("if you raise your voice I'm going to erase your voice"), stop mass deployments for purely partisan reasons, assign agents based on population counts instead of who happens to be governor.

Plenty could be done.
