It's interesting because my mother has always sort of nagged/bullied him and he's never fought back. Now he is. At times, their old relationship reverses and he's the one who bullies her.

I mostly stay out of it, because I have a tenuous relationship with my mother due to her incessant nagging, so right now, I think on some level she's getting what she's been deserving for decades...
