the 2.5 dose of zep is down to $299 a month. I’m taking that every other week. So it’s $150 a month. I am not into compounds or splitting vials.
how does this affect your appetite/food noise changes?
So I never went past 5 and had 35 lbs to lose. Being on 2.5 every other week does give me the right balance of suppression while also being able to meet my nutritional goals. I also am potentially the person who by profile could go off meds, I didnt have weight to lose until after I had kids/perimenopause, so this has allowed me to go back to my weight and habits from a few years ago. That said, I have no interest in making maintenance hard so I am comfortable with staying on this dose pattern for a while.
