Everything is accelerated this year. I don't know whether it is natural competition or whether everyone is trying to get ahead of the age group changes. Tryout announcements and the announced coaching slates are earlier than normal for several clubs. We have been invited to practices without formal registration. Either way, go. Check IG to see if it is public information. If it is not public, use it as an opportunity to learn about the club and showcase your kid to see if it is a fit. ID session in the standard practice environment are 100% better than a dog and pony show tryout. Good luck![/quote]
