As if he hadn't heard a thing I said OR totally disregarded what I wanted. Didn't matter. We were done.

It was toward the end of December and I am almost certain he was trying to make HIS end of the year numbers. We set everything up with our old firm (not an AUM firm) and on Jan 1 they sent firm notification and everything was transferred out on the 2nd. (Easier to do it this way for tax purposes.)
