[/quote] Completely agree - I love dancing around the kitchen but never dance in public here in US because it feels like i will be judged for not being a pro level ballerina or ball room dancer. We lived in other countries where everyone of all ages dances at parties - even grannies - and it is so much fun. I hadn’t realized how deeply healing it can be as well until seeing this documentary.
