If these HR ladies are really bad people they'll do something bad again and get in trouble. There's nothing legit you can do with the claims you have. If the company does background checks they already know and don't care, and if they don't, they don't care period. You would be surprised by the number of people in the world who have gotten in trouble at some point in their lives, and what would we do if they all lost their jobs?  [/quote]
