See, I am also Type A so I set a calendar and email reminder for myself for all these appointments, especially ones that are scheduled so far out. Maybe this is why I feel suffocated, I'm partly to blame! But I just thought it was our responsibility once we set the appointment to remember it. And yes, grr to doing all the steps in the portal and then having to repeat everything once you arrive. [/quote]
