Sounds like you're the ignorant one.  The Monroe Doctrine is a relic of 19th century imperialism.  It basically divides realms of influence between the US and Europe according to geography.  The arc of the 20th century was to remove colonial power, liberate nations, and treat disagreements through bilateral treaties, multilateral agreements, the UN, and the ICC.  I know MAGA wants to move back to 1895, but the civilized world has moved on and the Monroe Doctrine is entirely irrelevant to the 21st century.  [/quote]
