[/quote] Keep in mind that there is a wide variance of SSAT scores at Prep. They recruit a lot of athletes who may not have high test scores but then the balance out the class by also admitting some academic powerhouses ( including many of the Chinese boarders) with 95 percentile + scores. Prep’s math goes all the way up to linear algebra , which means someone has to start off with honors precalc in freshman year to get there and they have enough demand to offer the class every year.
