There are 2 of them - a sibling and a spouse - who are trying to be present 9-12 hours/day. While friends visit as they can, there are no other people around to cover these hours and the sibling and the spouse are really starting to suffer. TBH, it doesn’t sound like these are even remotely analogous situations. Sometimes that’s the case.[/quote]
