First off, you have no idea whether it is true or not, high school kids talk crap about each other all of the time. In addition doing so will not benefit your own kid if anything it will harm them and their peers. Colleges generally shut out students from high schools that breach ED, either officially or unofficially so all you will be doing is making harder for your own kid. If you must stick your nose into this situation report it to your high school counseling staff, who frankly as others have pointed out, will have to send transcripts and won't unless there is something that you don't know because it is none of your business.
