If anything, I think MCPS thought his track record at Whitman would translate into something good for the NEC, but that was a ridiculous assumption, given the demographics and high needs reality of most NEC families. I assume Dodd saw that the NEC was hopeless and decided to jump ship from MCPS before he was hung out to dry. We'll know MCPS is actually healing if we see Donna Redmond-Jones getting pushed out one day.[/quote]
