[/quote] +1 I tell my kid to take it with a grain of salt since it typically represents extremes: kids who got a bad grade and are retaliating and acolytes of a given professor. But trends can be illuminating. If over a period of years, a number of students say the professor is inspirational, boring, mean, kind, harsh grader, whatever--there is usually some truth to it.[/quote]
