Or is it supposed to increase bone?[/quote] OP here and it’s really both. I’ve taken Fosamax for 4 years and it gradually became less effective. Year one saw great results and increase of bone density. By year 3-4 it wasn’t doing anything and bone loss started back. Hence the step up to Prolia. [/quote]
