The rotating cast of characters in Central Office leadership continues under Taylor's watch. For the people who thought Taylor would be a source of stability and competence for our school system in ways that McKnight wasn't, that clearly isn't the case if his own hand-picked HR chief can't last more than 6 months under his leadership.
