[/quote] Op here. One of my favorite friends has an only and the daughter is definitely the mean girl. The mom is amazing and I love her but she works a lot and her daughter has always been difficult. The girl is one of the girls I was thinking of when I posted. My child is having a birthday party and refuses to invite this girl stating she is so mean. I was urging DD to invite her and decided I won’t force her even if I’m good friends with mom.[/quote]
