We decided to go back to our local public because my kid wanted to take some of the electives that the New School did not offer. The transition was fine because she knew a lot of kids from elementary and the neighborhood and was able to make new friends fairly quickly as well. But she still has a lot of friends from the New School she stays in touch with/hangs out with. It is a great community and the people are lovely. There are a.
