[/quote] I've been on the other side of this at a fed agency, but MCPS is clearly attempting to scare off legitimate, narrow requests with grossly inflated legal review fees. A request written to have one a few responsive documents will have tens of hours of legal review time, separate from the search and processing time.[/quote]
