[/quote] +1 DC had to do this this year due to the high number of pedestrian deaths. I know there have been a high number of pedestrian deaths in FFX as well. We need to have no-right-turn-on red as the default; if communities decide it makes sense to allow rt on red at certain intersections, then they can post signs to that effect in the intersections where they want to do that. But for safety reasons the default needs to be no rt on red. [/quote]
