I live in Falls Church 22043 in the area you're talking about, but in a single family home. our cluster is haycock-longfellow mclean too. I love the area and it's so close to Falls Church City, N Arlington 22207, and Mclean. Very close to all commuter roads (495, 66, rt 7, 50, 123, gw parkway, etc.) A Tysons commute would be pretty easy. DH parks at WFC every day and commutes downtown. Takes about 45 min door to door. Parking can be scarce at WFC if you don't get there during rush hour (say you go at 10am after a doctor's appt) so on those days DH just drives into work via GW Parkway or 66 and it's very easy. We love they area, and Haycock is great but overcrowded (like many schools in the area). There are lots of kids in the neighborhood that go to parochial schools nearby though. People are always surprised that our address is Falls church, they think it's either N arlington or Mclean and we are less than a mile from each. I saw go for it!
