Whether you're supposed to be able to has varied at different points but, at this moment, kids who are enrolled at a DCPS school can automatically enroll at its feeder and because no one at the school knows about/keeps track of how you got in, having originally gotten in IB and then switching your address to OOB is indistinguishable from kids who got in OOB. As a result, in practical terms, the feeder enrollment paperwork asks how you're eligible and if you tick the "attended a feeder" box and did attend the feeder, you're good to go. 100% no follow up.[/quote]
