I use MIDI and so far so good. It’s $200/month for tirzepatide compounded but I microdose and can stretch it out a bit longer. 15 pounds down in two months so far taking less than the lowest dose. Slow and low for me works best and minimizes side effects. The nurse has been very responsive and even replied to my email yesterday re delaying dose over Thanksgiving. I have been pleasantly surprised. And my insurance covers midi appointments but not the drug.
Does MIDI prescribe for modest menopause-related weight gain even without a very high BMI? To OP, I've used Lavender Sky Health for tirzepatide and they have been fine and responsive as needed, but it's not the same kind of care as Midi (who I've used for HRT). I have used Ellie MD for another peptide, but the affiliate model plus Black Friday sales, etc. seemed sketchy so I probably won't use again.
My Midi NP did. My BMI was borderline healthy/overweight and I'm not looking to lose more than 25#.
