I remember so many long weekends where I got screwed out of plans bc we weren’t told until last minute. All it did was make me resentful. Either tell me early or just don’t do it. As a supervisor who is not the who makes those calls, I do let my staff know that I’m not taking attendance if they happen to not be present in the afternoon.
