On the surface he doesn’t seem cognitively impaired; in fact he can come off as an intelligent, educated man, but all his knowledge is out of date and very theoretical. My brother thinks he has some undiagnosed special needs or something, he is amazingly bad at taking care of himself. -OP [/quote]
