And from there, it was still a ridiculous chain of command. My guess with LMS is as the outage occured after students were either on buses or en route walking to school, admins had to continue with bringing students into the building and then go through the chain to close. And there was also the possibility that the power would come back on in the meantime.

It was a weird morning of parentsquare notifications and texts from my kid while trying to figure out the rest of the day.[/quote]
