[/quote] +1 OP, if tracking shows the item was shipped and is still in transit, you might just need to be a bit more patient. The lag you’ve described isn’t necessarily a lost item—there’s a good chance it’s still being sorted for delivery. (I’ve had the same occur in the past year with several deliveries, which all did arrive eventually.) If the item hasn’t arrived by the estimated due date, reach out to the seller for clarification and to additionally document that it hasn’t arrived. If they won’t resend or refund the item within a reasonable amount of time, then reach out to Etsy for assistance.[/quote]
