[/quote] Unfortunately if you try to make a warranty claim because you're one of the unlucky ones with premature engine failure and the dealer observes that the oil level was low, they will void the warranty and not cover it. It is expected as part of normal maintenance that the owner checks the oil level regularly, so that would be a bit of a financial gamble not to.[/quote]
