Mix: low (Damascus), mid (Clarksburg, Magruder), high (SV, Watkins Mill)
Core travel among 3 main schools is short; outer schools slightly farther
Covers upcounty/northeast corridor

Get rid of the IB program in Watkins Mills and put something else there instead.
