[/quote] That was my thoughts too. Salad is much better quality and less expensive to make at home. I put fresh fruit and nuts on top besides chicken breasts or salmon. That would cost a lot more in a restaurant or Whole Foods. However if I cook a 5-dish dinner for guests, it costs more than taking them out.[/quote]
