They do that when someone leaves manuals are not quickly updated but determinations made about who the new approved is. That sometimes principals retire and then come back as interim principals or assistant principals at other schools. That while the incremental approvals were made without the BoE this report doesn’t says these were for inappropriate services. As was indicated, there is more info that needs to be reported before people get upset[/quote]
