That door is basically unusable because it faces out onto Dolley Madison. I’ve never understood why the builder did that. There is a lot of noise, light and car pollution from Dolley Madison. You could never open those windows and you won’t want to look out. Friends who have toured those homes say they were not constructed well. It’s an older community- not at all suitable for young kids who just want to walk down the street to see a friend. There’s really no street - just the line of garages behind the attached homes. And it’s a gated community. [/quote]
