That's why I was asking, because I can see how it might be technically allowed. It still seems like poor optics and overkill to return half the side to the batch when they're the ones who filled the large instead of the small in the first place.

They've done both.

I'm not a germaphobe. I still eat it, eat there, even let my kid reuse a kid that had hit the floor yesterday. I'm just used to seeing wrong orders go in the trash everywhere else.

I'm also frustrated this place can't get the order correct. Their music is too loud they can't hear. They also messed up a different take out order in 4 different ways last week.[/quote]
