For me the issue is that someone is always hungry, and there are times when I just want to make food that I want to eat, instead of accommodating everyone's preferences in order to ensure the food will actually be eaten and not wasted. At least the latter will happen when everyone is finally out of the house and I am back to just cooking for myself.[/quote]
