You talking committing to attend a college and maybe play or walk on the schools soccer team OR getting a full or partial sports scholarship. Define signing please. If signing means enrollment acceptance with financial aid congrats, getting a sports scholarship different story.
Signing means commitment to join a college team. The coach recruited you and made an offer and you accepted. All of the commits that local clubs just posted are these. Signing day was when the athlete signs their letter of intent accepting the offer to play. They already had made verbal commitments and this makes it official. All of this happens whether you get a full, partial, or no scholarship. Signing has nothing to do with financials. There is a signing day for all athletes to accept their offers. General acceptance to college for non-athletes hasn’t happened yet for most school. Acceptance notifications happen all on the same day usually in Feb-March.
