Well, you could send such a thing to the Admissions people. But let me suggest an alternative approach.

On campus, there are people who care about the Art and musical talent of students more than the Admissions people (usually) do.

If these people champion your child's application it could have weight with the Admissions people.

This is exactly what happens with the athletes. The Admissions people don't assess athletic ability. The coaches and athletic director do and they prioritize what they need and submit that list to the Admissions people.[/quote]
