I need license contractor who can suggest what do i need to do and provide estimate instead of me explaining this is the way to do or this how i am thinking.. i would like to know contractors suggestion and thought process and suggestion. 
Contractor i call was mostly relying on my information seems like they just want to do finish job and without putting any suggestion what is better in long run and how can it be helpful in potential house value.. how county code works , what are the county inspection requirement etc etc..

You need to know what you want at least. Time is money for them so if you are expecting them to spend a lot of their time answering your questions, you are being unreasonable. They may give you a ballpark figures based on what you want. [/quote]

I am going to give them business spending lot of money , i am clear what i want based on that they need to be specific and provide me . As estimate. As a contractor i believe its their experience and duty to suggest what will be better for client [/quote]
