[/quote] I believe it means you participate in military training regularly and can get called up to do military things -- fight wars, etc -- when needed. It's usually in addition to a full time job, although you have to be ready to give up your regular life at a moment's notice.[/quote] +1 One weekend a month and two weeks a year.
