20-30 years seems like a crazy high sentence under a plea agreement. It was negligence for sure but [b]ultimately an accident[/b]. A number of other parents responsible for hot car deaths were never even charged. I'm a bit perplexed by this. [/quote]

Other hot car death cases had much weaker fact patterns. He had a practice of leaving kids in the car to “babysit” them and do thing like here (watch porn).

Yeah, he was inside his own house for over 3 hours while his daughter was in the car outside. That's not an accident.

I feel so sorry for those other kids.[/quote]
