[/quote] The problem is that for most of it (until 4th), AEI doesn't even have any real requirements of schools you can point to. They are supposed to offer enrichment but the details are all at the school and teachers' discretion, which means it usually doesn't happen because they're busy focusing on things they have to do to support below-level kids.
