The concerns expressed by parents and teachers are valid, and their ask is reasonable, in order to make sure the aim of equity and access would actually be accomplished through the regions proposal.

Yeah, it confuses me too.  I wonder if Taylor just told them they had to find a way to make it happen on his timeline and they decided that had to mean avoiding community feedback?[/quote]
