That will happen because things like that happen every single time there is the demand that there is here. People come in to make money and overbuild. Then it has to sort itself out before the industry can move forward. But there is no reason to think that that is where we are now for data centers. Real demand still exceeds what is online now and what is projected to come online over the next couple of years. I agree with your conclusion but that is 2027 at best.[/quote]
