I think this will be easier to do next quarter. This one had many four day weeks, plus all of the usual beginning of school year demands like multiple town halls and emergency drills. I had 21 actual days of instruction. If I had stopped a week ago, it would have been 16. Forcing 9 mastery grades out of 16 days of class is rough on 11 year olds and doesn’t feel logical.[/quote]
