Also, that zip may be hot in upper brackets, but the spec market has imploded due to interest rates, tariffs, layoffs, govt uncertainty, etc. The stats on this listing imply teardown. You also seem deluded into thinking 1/2 acre is a lot in mclean. It's not.[/quote]
