You can rightfully be a sourpuss about your management’s screw up, but when push comes to shove, you can reschedule your procedure, while your coworker cannot change the date of the field trip they’ve committed too. You become the a-hole if you push the claim that a scheduled medical procedure trumps your colleague’s PTO request. [/quote]
